How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $55 or more. Orders under $55 have a flat $5.95 shipping fee, shown in your cart before checkout.
When will my order ship?
Physical items usually ship within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email when your order is on the way.
How are digital products delivered?
Software, memberships and gift cards are emailed as codes to the address you enter at checkout. Check spam or promotions folders if you don't see it, then contact us.
What's your return policy?
Most unused physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Delivered digital codes and opened personal care items can't be returned. See the Return & Refund Policy for details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Call or email us as soon as possible.
